They had trouble finding accommodation in Brittany ? Houses, apartments, cellars or even garages are auctioned off at court auctions for a pittance.
Several properties are confiscated by courts every year. The courts then organize auctions. Here they are in descending order of price in early March 2022.
An apartment for €12,000 in the Côtes-d’Armor
From March 4, 2022, 15 judicial sales take place in Brittany. Pell-Mix, we find a house for € 10,000 in Réguiny (sale in Vannes on March 8) in the Morbihan, a garage in Saint-Hélen in Ille-et-Vilaine (sale in Saint-Malo on March 16) for 20,000 € , a building complex in Carhaix-Plouguer (auction in Brest on March 15th) for €150,000 or even a castle in Plumelin for €358,600 auctioned in Lorient on March 24th.
